This is a large shrimp and is caught primarily in estuarine (river mouth, bays) environments. As a field biologist I cannot imagine a more important part of my field equipment than a really good field guide. Reliable customer service and no-hassle return policy. Almost every type of fish found inside the reef will at one time or another be caught in these traps. Using this info and also the info in the book about how common the deer mouse is and how it's rather docile as opposed to the white-footed mouse being rather hostile, territorial and far less common, I was able to identify my cute little subject as a deer mouse with little trouble.

These are arranged mostly by type and size, not taxonomically. While it is true that some marine biologists do train dolphins and many trainers have degrees in biology, the two job descriptions are really quite different. Some locations may have only 30 species, but others might have as many as 70 or 80. Their litter size ranges from 1 to 11, but averages at 4-5. Use them at home, at school, in the bush, or at your favourite holiday destination.
